Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
To initiate a return, email hello@kukla.co with your order number.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
Exchanges
Due to the limited nature of our drops, exchanges are subject to availability. If your desired size or color is sold out, we’ll issue a full refund instead.
